The "OLD DRUMS, NEW BOOKS" program takes place from March 28 to December 31, 2023.

With the goal of sustainable development and the desire to create humanitarian values for the community, at HELUKABEL Vietnam, we are launching the program “OLD DRUMS, NEW BOOKS” in which we are collecting old drums to convert into books as gifts for children in disadvantaged areas.

Books are a sustainable source of knowledge for children to form their minds and nurture their souls and knowledge is a solid foundation for them to pursue their dreams. Therefore, we choose books as gifts in this program. We want to provide a bridge of knowledge, creating conditions to help children access educational support in the future.

In addition, to connect human values with environmental consciousness, we adopt the act of reusing old drums to convert them into books. The reuse of cable drums limits waste to the environment, contributing to avoiding waste and protecting wood resources.

With 1 old drum returned to us, you are donating 2 new books for the children.

The program takes place from March 28 to December 31, 2023, and we will announce the results with the total number of collected drums on January 9, 2024. From this result, we will continue to convert into the corresponding number of books to send to disadvantaged children.

We hope that with this campaign and together with you, we can help and spread love to the future generation of the country. At the same time, this cooperation also contributes to protecting the environment from simple actions for sustainable development.

Program details:

1. Participants: Partners, Customers who are using HELUKABEL's cable drums

2. Scope/location: Your warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Vung Tau, and Dong Nai (limited to some areas*).

3. Program Scheme

- Each intact and re-usable HELUKABEL cable drum will be converted into 2 books (1 drum cable = 2 books)

- Minimum quantity of cable drums per shipment: 50 pieces

(If the number of cable drums is not enough, please contact us for specific advice for each case)

- After the program ends, we will summarize the recovered drums and convert them into the corresponding number of books to give to children in difficult areas who need books to study.

- The results will be announced on January 9, 2024.

4. How to join:

  • Step 1: After collecting at least 50 cable drums, please contact our sales representatives or our main contact point below.
  • Step 2: We will contact you to arrange transportation to collect the cable drums to our warehouse.
