HELUKABEL STORIES - The Warehouse Supervisor

Mr. Nguyen Huy Thanh, the warehouse supervisor at HELUKABEL Vietnam, plays an important role in the logistics network. He makes every effort to fulfill his responsibilities well, even during a complicated pandemic situation.

THE JOURNEY OF INNOVATION

In 2018, Thanh became warehouse supervisor at HELUKABEL Vietnam when the company had only been in operation for two years. "On the first day of work, the warehouse was not fully equipped. However, after a period of stable orders, the company has paid more attention to infrastructure to ensure product quality and the quality of the employees' working environment," Thanh shared.

In the past 4 years since Thanh joined HELUKABEL Vietnam, our warehouse has made remarkable changes and progress. “Currently, with an area of 1,152 m2, the warehouse can hold more than 1,000 pallets, and an abundant source of goods is always available to promptly respond to a customer's request," said Thanh. Moreover, our warehouse is also adjacent to major economic regions such as Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai. Thus, a convenient geographical location and a modern logistic system allow us to deliver quickly and conveniently.

In addition to innovation in infrastructure to protect goods, we also built an office at the warehouse for employees to have the best working space. At the same time, the warehouse also has a security alarm and monitoring system to protect assets and people.

UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES

When Thanh shared his memories of working at HELUKABEL Vietnam, he said that the social distancing time during the COVID-19 epidemic was also the most memorable period for him.

During the period of social distancing, everyone wants to be close to their family, but because of his work responsibilities, Thanh chose to stay in the warehouse to help us maintain business operations. “At the same time, my wife and children were infected while I was working alone at the warehouse. I was sad and worried. However, the company has always encouraged, cared for, and shared with me. I cherish that time very much. I think my family and the company's interest in me were the driving forces for me to overcome that difficult period, and I am glad that I was able to help the company during its most difficult time," Thanh confided.

TRUST IS BUILT ON THE VIRTUE OF HONESTY

In the position of warehouse supervisor, who works directly with orders and protects the products, Thanh always puts honesty first. "When we truly treat the company's assets as our own, we can protect them wholeheartedly and conscientiously. I always remind myself and even new employees of the sense of responsibility and honesty required when working in this position," Thanh said.

No matter what position we work in, responsibility and honesty always help us to do the right things and do our job well. We would like to thank Mr. Nguyen Huy Thanh for the meaningful message and the contributions he has been making to us.

Our warehouse has a convenient geographical location, which can quickly transport products to major economic regions such as Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Vung Tau.
