1. VDE standards

JZ-500 control cables undergo strict quality tests based on VDE certification in which the cables can withstand temperatures while machinery is operating from -15°C to more than +80°C.

2. Good bending radius

The minimum bending radius of JZ-500 control cables is 7.5 times bigger than the outer diameter of the cable. A good bending radius makes installation easy, and the operation process will not break or cause problems such as transmission line instability.

3. Breakdown voltage up to 8000V

Breakdown voltage up to 8000V helps limit the situation where the conductor's insulation layer is broken, causing it to lose its insulating ability and become a conductor with high resistance. With this breakdown voltage level, JZ-500 control cables can ensure the safety of engineers during the operation of machinery and equipment.

4. Manufactured according to DIN VDE 0295 Class 5 standards

Another advantage that helps ensure easy installation is thanks to the flexibility of the JZ-500 cables. JZ-500 control cables are manufactured according to DIN VDE 0295 Class 5 standards, consisting of many small copper strands twisted together to create flexibility.

5. Oil-resistant

In production environments, oil leakage from machinery often occurs and becomes a concern for cables that are not oil-resistant. Without oil resistance, the cables are susceptible to corrosion, or experience phenomena such as cracking and brittle insulation. For JZ-500 control cables, which are resistant to machine oils at ambient temperatures up to 100℃, you can rest assured that the cables will operate stably in environments where engine oil often leaks.

6. Flame-retardant

JZ-500 control cables from HELUKABEL meet flame-resistance standards according to VDE (VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2). If an incident occurs, the cables will automatically extinguish the fire after 1 to 2 minutes at a certain length to minimize the spread of the fire. This standard also allows us time for timely corrective measures and limits property loss.

7.Customizable number of cable cores

• Minimum bending radius is 12.5 times bigger than the outer diameter of the cables.
• Higher level of oil resistance, resistant to many different types of machine oils.
• Halogen-free according to DIN VDE 0482-754-1 / DIN EN 60754-1 / IEC 60754-1
• When burning, the smoke density is low according to DIN VDE 0482-1034-1+2 / DIN EN 61034-1+2 / IEC 61034-1+2 standards.

In addition, when using JZ-500 and JZ-500 HMH cables, we recommend that you use them with the HELUTOP HT-PA cable glands which meet EN standards with operating temperatures from 20℃ to +80℃ and IP66/IP68 standards.
