2.2 TPE pressure-extruded inner sheath – Withstanding millions of bending cycles
Even the inner sheath of HELUCHAIN cables is made of TPE, which is extruded under pressure. This means:

- The individual components of the cable are held in place
As a result, they provide long-term stable and high-quality transmission.
With a minimum bending radius of 7.5 x d, these cables achieve a lifespan of at minimum 5 million bending cycles. Laboratory tests even show excellent data transmission at notably smaller radii.
