Each HELUTEC connector is classified by a three-digit series code, enabling users to quickly identify the connector type and mechanical size.

  • The first digit indicates the connector category: Power connectors (series 9), signal connectors (series 6), hybrid connectors (series 7)
  • The remaining two digits represent the size of the mounting (locking) thread on the connector interface, allowing users to select the correct mechanical size for their equipment and application. For example, “23” corresponds to a metric M23 thread with an outer diameter of 23 mm at the mounting interface. This size is widely used in servo motor and industrial automation applications.

The HELUTEC system is an advanced quick-locking connector solution that delivers high safety and stability while significantly reducing installation time and costs. Its vibration-resistant locking mechanism has been perfectly optimized for M17, M23, and M40 connector sizes, and is applied across multiple product lines such as HELUTEC series 617, 917, 623, 723, 923, and 940.

HELUTEC angled connectors can be flexibly combined with the HELUTEC locking system or with standard coupling nuts, ensuring full backward compatibility with existing connector systems. A secure connection is achieved simply by sliding the connector into place and applying a slight rotation. This patented technology guarantees long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments.

The HELUTEC 615/915 series has been specifically developed for applications with very limited installation space. In confined areas, the user only needs to pre-tighten the preloaded coupling nut and then slide the connector into the locking position.

For disconnection, a small rotation (1/4turn) combined with a gentle pull is sufficient to safely release the lock, effectively preventing accidental loosening caused by vibration. This mechanism provides outstanding vibration resistance and is a patented, purpose-designed solution for HELUTEC cable connectors in the 615/915 series.

During assembly, the connector housing and the metal shell are permanently bonded and cannot be separated, providing a high degree of tamper resistance - an attribute typically associated only with fully over molded connector designs.
